He holds a Bsc. Quantity Surveying and an MBA from Unicaf University.
Overtime he has gained skills in Project Management and Quantity Surveying services Over the past 10 years he has worked on a number of building projects both in the private and government sector with good track record of service delivery. With his great leadership and result orientated project management services he serves as principal Consultant leading a team of professionals on a number construction projects at QS-PRO Consults. Prior to running his firm QS-Pro Consults, Kunda worked with MLN Associates as Assistant Project manager and Quantity Surveyor. Kunda is one of the Directors for Global Property Facilities International (GPFI) Zambia and is currently the Chief Operations Officer for the Zambian Branch.
She holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the Copperbelt University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lusaka, and a Post graduate diploma in Sustainable local economic development from University of Rotterdam.
She is trained and skilled in contracts management, project planning, policy evaluation, project management and cost management across diverse project portfolios. She is also good at building productive relationships and engages with stakeholders in ways that result into successful projects. She has over 10 years work experience in the private sector, Government and Quasi government institutions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics and Management and is an excellent communicator and has the ability to motivate and inspire her team to achieve their goals. She has a high analytical potential and likes to solve complex problems. She is detail-oriented and takes pride in her work, ensuring that every project she works on is executed to the highest standards.
With over 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, she has built a very strong portfolio both in consultancy and project management having managed several large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets while maintaining high quality standards. She has provided expert advice to clients on cost management, procurement and contract administration as well as conducting detailed cost analysis and feasibility studies to ensure financial viability of projects.
He holds a BSc Quantity Surveying (Copperbelt University), Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK, MSc Economics and Finance (Unilus) and a Certificate in International Treasury Management with the Association of Chartered Treasurers (UK).
His areas of expertise include financial and investment structuring, economic/financial analysis and modeling, program management and advisory, feasibility studies, due diligence, and successful financial close and post-financial close implementation. He has served as a member of the Private Public Partner of Council of the Republic of Zambia, a member of the board of directors of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Plc, and a member of the Zambia National Airports Audit Committee. Currently, he serves on the boards of directors for Earthrow Investments and Claybridge Engineering.
He led the WWF Zambia Private Sector Engagement team, which originated projects for the Dutch Fund for Climate and Development, provided technical support to the nine flagship projects under Mobilizing More for Climate, structured the Government's Debt for Nature Swap, and finalized the Kafue Landscape Finance Plan.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying at the Copperbelt University and a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management. She is the managing director for Petget Enterprise Limited, a construction firm that deals in general building and specific works like epoxy floors, Aluminum installation, Laboratory installation, Branding Signage and HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and airconditioning.)
He holds a BSc in Building Science from the Copperbelt University, an MBA from the University of Lusaka, and an M.A. in Economic Policy Management from the University of Zambia. He also holds Certificates from the University of Cape Town in Business Development Management and Program Management (Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation)
He is industry aware and has developed specialized skills and competencies in Quantity Surveying, Economics, Construction Business Strategy and Development, Project Management, Program Planning Monitoring and Evaluation.
Having worked in the industry for Professional firms, Construction Organizations and in Government, He believes that infrastructure development professionals should be vital in delivering Social public infrastructure in any country to derive Value for money.
She holds a Bsc in Building Science from the Copperbelt University, an MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute and a Masters in International Relations from the Nottingham Trent University. She has experience in managing donor funded projects. She is currently the first female Principal of the National Council for Construction (NCC) - National Construction School.
She has served on various committees such as the Affirmative Action Programme for Youth Empowerment in the Transport and Construction Sector, the Energy and Infrastructure Committee of the Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Director in Charge of Public Image for Rotary Club of Lusaka and currently serving as the Secretary of the Education and Training Committee of the NCC Board.
She is very passionate about women and youth empowerment in the construction industry which male dominated.
