QS. Kunda Peter Chansa is a professional Quantity Surveyor with 10 Years experience in the Zambian Construction Industry.
He holds a Bsc. Quantity Surveying and an MBA from Unicaf University.
Overtime he has gained skills in Project Management and Quantity Surveying services Over the past 10 years he has worked on a number of building projects both in the private and government sector with good track record of service delivery. With his great leadership and result orientated project management services he serves as principal Consultant leading a team of professionals on a number construction projects at QS-PRO Consults. Prior to running his firm QS-Pro Consults, Kunda worked with MLN Associates as Assistant Project manager and Quantity Surveyor. Kunda is one of the Directors for Global Property Facilities International (GPFI) Zambia and is currently the Chief Operations Officer for the Zambian Branch.

He holds a BSc Quantity Surveying (Copperbelt University), Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK, MSc Economics and Finance (Unilus) and a Certificate in International Treasury Management with the Association of Chartered Treasurers (UK).

His areas of expertise include financial and investment structuring, economic/financial analysis and modeling, program management and advisory, feasibility studies, due diligence, and successful financial close and post-financial close implementation. He has served as a member of the Private Public Partner of Council of the Republic of Zambia, a member of the board of directors of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Plc, and a member of the Zambia National Airports Audit Committee. Qs. Wendy Mukape is a Quantity Surveyor by profession with more than 18 years experience in the public sector. She has skills in Construction Governance, Corporate Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, promoting best practice and Capacity Building in the Construction Industry.
She holds a Bsc in Building Science from the Copperbelt University, an MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute and a Masters in International Relations from the Nottingham Trent University. She has experience in managing donor funded projects. She is currently the first female Principal of the National Council for Construction (NCC) - National Construction School.
She has served on various committees such as the Affirmative Action Programme for Youth Empowerment in the Transport and Construction Sector, the Energy and Infrastructure Committee of the Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Director in Charge of Public Image for Rotary Club of Lusaka and currently serving as the Secretary of the Education and Training Committee of the NCC Board.
